Copyright & Proprietary Software Notice

BrakerBase is proprietary software developed and owned by LBM Developments. Copyright protection applies to the original software code, interface materials, documentation, database structure, reports, templates and other original content forming part of the BrakerBase platform.

Permitted use

An authorised customer may use BrakerBase in accordance with its active subscription, account permissions and the Terms of Service. A customer subscription is a right to use the hosted software; it does not transfer ownership of the software, copyright or source code.

Prohibited use

Except where expressly authorised in writing by LBM Developments or permitted by applicable law, no person may copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, sell, sublicense, commercially exploit, remove ownership notices from, or create an unauthorised derivative version of BrakerBase.

Customer data

This copyright notice does not claim ownership of a customer's own business data, photographs, customer records or other material uploaded by that customer. Ownership and permitted processing of customer data are addressed separately in the Terms of Service, Privacy Notice and Data Processing Agreement.

Third-party components

BrakerBase may use third-party software libraries and external services. Those components remain subject to their respective licences, terms and intellectual-property rights. The LBM Developments copyright notice applies to the original BrakerBase software and materials and does not replace applicable third-party licence notices.
